Complete biofloc shrimp farms, sized around a 90-day production cycle.
Four configurations — 250 nursery, 1,500, 3,000 and 6,000 gallons — built from the same round tensile tank, settling tank, foam fractionator and aeration system, scaled up with more tank, more aeration and more tank diameter. Every drawing on this page comes out of one CAD model.
Choose your production scale. Each kit ships as parcel freight plus one settling-tank crate.
Biofloc keeps the water alive instead of replacing it. The kit's job is to keep oxygen in and pull the surplus solids out, with two water loops and one air loop. A leak sensor shuts the water pumps off; the aeration keeps running.
The same tensile tank, settling tank, equipment box and foam fractionator per size, drawn here to one scale, with more aeration for more oxygen as the tank grows.
Parcel freight, not a pallet: the kit ships flat-packed in boxes under 110 lb each, plus the settling tank in its own crate. Assemble, fill and seed the water with biofloc culture, stock post-larvae, and harvest in 90 days.
Build your own system piece by piece.
